Nationwide: Building a World-Renowned Intranet with SharePoint 2013 and ...

Nationwide has done a brilliant job using SharePoint and Yammer to truly make an awesome Collaborative Environment.  It encourages their employees to contribute to the environment with-out being too restrictive.  Keep in mind Nationwide being a insurance company is heavily regulated,but they still have provide an environment that allows their employees to improve and experiment with apps and interactive tools.



They also have a pretty good handle on proving the ROI on this environment is absolutely positive.  Take a look, I am going to shamelessly "re-use" many of the ideas illustrated here in my Collaboration Strategy.
