Occasionally you have to wonder if Redmond has a clue at all on how to provide cutting edge applications and capabilities to facilitate the uptake of the next gen of collaboration technologies into the enterprise.

MS does have a strategy and if they can continue to work on tightening up their products, it may become a pretty decent set tools to allow us to find the explosion of worker productivity in the workplace.
